1. How can I be sure if I am picking the right size for my girl?

We, at, are always striving to give 110% satisfaction to our customers. Since buying clothes online does not allow you to try them on, finding the right size can sometimes be a difficult task. In order to help you with this, we have added a size chart tab for each individual dresses sold on our site. (You will find a size chart tab on description page of each product). We have also included a tip page, just click the link (right below each size chart) that leads to flower girl dress size chart tips. If you still have problems with your size selection, feel free to email us at Our highly trained customer representatives will be on hand to give you suggestions. Please include your child’s age, chest, waist, length measurements and her weight in your email.

2. What method of payments do you accept?

For domestic customers, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, Bank Debit/ATM cards with Visa/Mastercard logo, and PayPal.

3. Where are your dresses made?

Over 95% of our dresses are made in US.

4. How can you sell your dresses at such a low price?

We are currently dealing with over 20 manufacturers and constantly negotiating with them in order to get the factory direct pricing on all of our products. Since we sell over the internet only, all the overhead costs that retail stores must charge you in order to stay in business are being transferred back to you as extra savings.

5. Can you customize dress color and sash color?

It would be hard for us to customize the colors of your dress or sash since we are not manufacturers. However, we do have a “Create Your Own Dress” section where you can pick the dress, sash, and flower color of your choice.

1. I have just placed my order, when can I expect to receive it?

As soon as we receive your order, our processing department will check the availability of the items you have ordered. If they are in stock, it usually takes 1-3 business days (Sat. Sun. and National Holidays excluded) of processing time before it actually gets shipped out. Once it gets shipped out, USPS will safely deliver the package to your door. Please check the Shipping Options - located on the bottom of our website. and Charges section for more detailed explanation about expected date of arrival.

2. When can I expect a tracking number for my order?

As soon as your order has been processed and shipped out, USPS will send you an email with a tracking number.

3. I have a wedding coming Saturday, can I get the dress on time?

We offer various choices of shipping method. From Express Mail to Standard. Keep in mind that there are 1-2 business days of processing time needed for all orders in addition to the USPS delivery time. For really urgent customers, we will try our best to ship out the order at the fastest time possible, but there is no guarantee that it will arrive on time. However, if you select Express Mail within US, you should expect about 2-3 days from time of order to receive your shipment unless your item is out of stock. Always feel free to email us at for any urgent situations you might have.

4. Is it really $5.00 shipping?

Yes. Instead of offering discounts, we decided to show our gratitude by reducing the shipping charges for all orders. For all domestic orders, we charge $5.00 flat rate for standard shipping (Alaska and Hawaii included). Even when you select urgent shipping methods, you will be surprised to find out how inexpensive our shipping rates are compared to other sites. Furthermore, all domestic and international customers who order over $300 will be offered free shipping as well. However, if you need faster shipping (like Overnight delivery), regular shipping rates will apply. Please refer to Shipping & Charges section for more detailed shipping informations.


1. How can I return or exchange the dress I have just bought?

All returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled by Return Department via e-mail only. Please refer to Returns/Exchanges section on our website for detailed information.

2. The dress doesn’t fit, what should I do?

You should contact us within 7 days of receiving the dress via email to We will promptly answer back with an RAN (Return Authorizaion Number) which you must have in order to return the merchandise back to us. Return shipments without an RAN will not be accepted. We will be more than happy to exchange it for a different size. However, keep in mind that size exchange is allowed only once and you will be responsible for shipping/handling charges.
